No. It was a temporary set of rails that would be placed over tracks, raising and curving to the tracks next to it. and allowing the trolley to switch, continue past track work. |

When there was track work, an entirely new and temporary trolley ROW was constructed for a short distance next to the regular tracks that were being worked on.The trolley switched to the temporary shoo-fly trackage, operating past the trackwork, and then switching back on to its regular ROW. |
