The 15 is still going back to Westmoreland , when the upper Richmond street project and Westmoreland loop project is completed, to the best if what I have heard. One possibility would be to bus the line until they purchase all the new low floor trolleys, but that's a guess on my part. The PCC-II cars are becoming very troublesome as they age, (rebuilt in 2003). |

The PCC-II cars are becoming very troublesome as they age, (rebuilt in 2003).Recall that because of delays caused by political bickering, the rebuild warranty expired before the PCC-II cars entered revenue service. |
