The NYCT June 2019 report as presented to the MTA Board earlier this week indicates that there are still 50 R42s on the roster. I realize that doesn't mean all are in service every day but indicates they are still technically active. Their MDBF for the 12 months ended May 31 2019 was 26,082, the worst of any car class in either the A or B divisions. |
