Because of all the frivolous “police brutality” charges that are being filed, many cops are overcautious about exercising their legitimate duties. Well I had one pocket at 207th St tied up for over 1 hour, holding that train. Cops said that was their directions. Finally, I was ordered by the line Gen. Manager to let the train go. The train went, in rush hour, to Far Rockaway with the first car virtually unusable. |

Well, it certainly is not random. Something about the critter attracted the ossipher's notice. I mean he does not frisk everybody who is wearing a hoodie.If it were random he would stop and frisk every fifth person who walked by. They call it random because the are not supposed to search out persons of color (ie wearing hoodies). I as a clean, old, white male would have an equal chance of being frisked as someone else. But that is not the case is it? An officer will only frisk one person out of a thousand or more, so something needs to tip him off. Wearing a fur had with a red star on it while photographing subway infrastructure might attract his attention. Out here in the land of Dakota North, the have alcohol checks on the roads after midnight on selected occasions. Locations are announced on the radio earlier in the day. ALL cars are stopped and inspected. No profiling there. ROAR |

Obviously you're not going to write down on paper that you are rejecting someone from the system just for looking undomiciled. They have to break a rule first. And Transit Authority Personnel asking them to get out of the car so it can be cleaned at the end of the line or for whatever other reasons, constitutes just that |
