Will be interesting to see if they can maintain (as promised to many) some thru-service, especially reverse-off-peak and off-peak, on less busy lines like Hempstead and Far Rock from Brooklyn.Otherwise, if there is complete bifurcation and many resulting missed connections, they should charge a subway fare from Brooklyn to Jamaica to placate customers, accept Unlimited Metrocard, and mandate use of platform machines to get a "ticket" subject to random inspection, similar to SBS bus service. |

I think to head to Brooklyn, you will simply buy Zone 3 tickets to Jamaica, Metrocard entry there, at ENY, and Nostrand Ave, with MC walking transfers at Flatbush and ENY.With thru service, who knows. |
