Posted by r33/r36 mainline on Sat Mar 23 10:59:04 2019 MidTown Direct rail service is being diverted to Hoboken terminal due to an Amtrak work train derailment in Penn Station New York. Customers will transfer to PATH to continue their service to and from New York.NJ TRANSIT rail tickets and passes are being cross honored by PATH at Newark, Hoboken and 33rd St. NJ TRANSIT rail tickets and passes are being crossed honored by NJ Transit bus and private carriers. |

Too bad that NJ Transit never took all those billions they spent on the Kearny connector, HBLR and SNJLRT (collectively; never mind what they spent for all those new MLVs instead of rebuilding the Arrows and Comets) to build a Union Station in Manhattan, no? |
