Posted by IRTRedbirdR33 on Fri Mar 15 08:43:57 2019 Tuscarora Forgotten Station of the Week No.9 / Claremont Park New York Central Railroad Harlem Division Claremont Park Abandoned: 1950 Claremont Park station was located in the Bronx at the point where Claremont Parkway crosses the four tracked Harlem Line. It consisted of two short low-level platforms. Passenger service ended in 1950 but the station remains active as a freight station. There is a side track leading into the Tulnoy Lumber Company which is very much in business in 2019.
