Whoever filmed that and reported it must be one sad individual. In the rear cab for 11 seconds between stations, and the hyperbole in the article makes it sound like lives were at stake.That said if this is the kind of thing that warrants "retraining", it's no wonder the conductors there make really, really long announcements between stations. They will state the times the train will arrive at subsequent stations, and the platforms and arrival times for connecting trains at transfer stations. |
