It looks like it could be towards Wavecrest or Far Rockaway. I think most of the projects I remember seeing were closer to the middle of the Rockaways, around Hammels.

I say Beach 90th and Holland. HH didn't run to the Far Rockaway side during daylight hours. The house and chimney appear to be still there in current video by DJ Hammers and his Rockaway shuttle video from 2012.

Take another look at that video:

At 5:56 you'll see the house, which was slightly modified, with the chimney gone and replaced with two smaller dormers flanking the original dormer, just east of the B 67 St station. Note the arch window outlines.

Curiously this house seems to be totally obscured from all angles and all years in google earth...

The owner probably did this to have it blurred out in Street View, but you can still see the house in the 3-D satellite imagery and also on Bing Maps.
