Posted by jabrams on Thu Sep 20 23:33:04 2018 I passed Costco on 2nd Ave today and it appears that the track connection that used to go on the south side of Costco now leads into a Police Department storage lot. The tracks on Second Ave. are partially paved over, so that can'yt be used. They did, but I didn't check it out, extend the tracks on First Ave to that area. Has the connection been removed with the new PD lot? |

They are future plans to expand the tracks along the piers down there for future use. The tracks on 2nd Avenue got removed because they extended the track on 1st Avenue instead into the lot where the connection to the subway and the South Brooklyn Railway is made |
