Most likely the ones on the list acquired in the 1950s and whose last run was 1982 are the MUNI PCCs. Those are numbered 1023 through 1140. 1054 is the exception there; former SEPTA 2121 and rear-ended by a MUNI LRV in 2003. |

Thus, it would leave just three of the 4000-series in existence: #4001 on PAT property, #4007 on static display in Bethel Park, and #4004 at the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum in Washington, PA.-William A.
