Some northbound F Subway trains are stopping along the G Subway line from Bergen St to Court Sq then via the E Subway line to Jackson Hts-Roosevelt Av. These service changes are because of signal problems at B'Way-Lafayette St. Expect delays on A SubwayC SubwayE SubwayF SubwayG Subway and M Subway train service. Our crews are on scene making repairs and we hope to resume regular service soon. We will keep you posted. Service Change Posted: 03/12/2018 1:55PM Some northbound N Subway and W Subway trains are stopping along the Q Subway line from 57 St-7 Av to 96 St. Some southbound N Subway and W Subway trains end at Queensboro Plaza. Some northbound R Subway trains are stopping along the Q Subway line from 57 St-7 Av to Lexington Av/63 St then via the F Subway line to Jackson Hts-Roosevelt Av. These service changes are because of signal problems at Lexington Av/59 St. Expect delays on E SubwayF SubwayN SubwayQ SubwayR Subway and W Subway trains. |

I waited 29 minutes for a Coney-Island-bound N at Pacific St, from 2:40 to 3:09. The countdown clock showed an R coming in 9 minutes and a D in 14 minutes. After that R arrived and left, the clock then showed an R in 4 minutes and the D in 5 minutes, still no mention of the N. After about 15 minutes, there was a station announcement that N's were running with delays, but no specifics about when one would arrive. After the D left, the clock showed an N arriving in 10 minutes. It finally arrived 13 minutes later. The lack of meaningful station announcements, especially when an announcer is on duty, is disgraceful and unacceptable. A few minutes after that first announcement, the same cheerful announcer read a message from the police department warning us to watch our belongings, starting with the now-familiar asexual greeting: "Hello everyone!". |

Most commonly it's spelled "tsuris" in English, according to Merriam-Webster and Wiktionary because that's how it's usually pronounced here. From Wiktionary: Borrowed from Yiddish צרות (tsores), plural of צרה (tsore, “trouble, problem”), from Hebrew צָרָה (tsará, “trouble, tragedy, calamity”). |

The actual reported problem with the 1,2 and 3 trains is"Southbound 1 Subway trains are running with delays because of signal problems at 50 St. " But his model takes out all n/b and s/b 1, 2 and 3 service. That's not helpful information. |
