The eastern half of the US is nowhere near the scope of the globe, nor account for last summer, the warmest ever.

Climate and weather are not the same thing.
Weather in individual areas does not change the fact that the planet is warmer than it has been and continues to get warmer. Actually, that has an influence on weather patterns which may include cold spells. But on an annualized global basis, the earth is clearly getting warmer. Nobody has a reasonable argument against that fact. What is subject to debate is the degree to which man's activity is causing it, and the ability of us to change the condition by taking certain actions.

Haha. You picked the wrong crowd. Being afraid of global warming is a full time job. No time for jokes.

Any two data points in time that show colder temperatures is weather. That’s the scientific definition.

My backyard is larger than the rest of the earth. Has to be: My neighborhood takes up more of my time than all of Asia, so my neighborhood is bigger. Nobody lives in the ocean, so that doesn't count. People R so dumb! LOL.

We were told we won't see anymore snow, nor cold over a decade ago.

The Artic had been clear of ice millions of years ago, and then the ice cap extended down into New York City, now it is going back the other way. No rocket science necessary... CLIMATE CHANGES without your help.

No man made interventions are necessary or possible.

Although one scientific journal I read said that if they could dam up the Barents straights this would stop the interchanges of waters and return the planet to its proper state.

Probably with ice caps extending down to Philadelphia.

ROAR

Science is never settled. The history of mankind has been to discover that what previous generations passed off as "fact" is not true.

How can climate change be true if it is cold right now?

How can pooping be real if I'm not pooping right now?

Even though other parts of the world are cold too? Big snowfalls in Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan in the last month or two?

If the scientists have said it will never snow again in England after 2000, it surely shouldn't be snowing there should it?
