No, they were transferred just days ago. But they'll probably hit the road before the end of this month, if not sometime next month.

How come the "Not in Service" signs weren't displayed? Isn't that what they're there for?

I thought #8277 sustained frame damage and could not be fixed by Kawasaki.

I saw the four-car set coupled together (#8277-8280) outside at 207th Street Shop last week (on Monday 10/9/2017), so MTA NYC Transit must have been able to repair it there. It was ready to go back into service.
