It would make sense that operation was limited to one track after the Putman's closure. I wasn't aware, or didn't "put two and two together" that this was the reason for it. Thanks for this detail. |

I think it's so post-abandonment that the bridge is already gone,....I don't see it.In the 70s, and even now, a completely abandoned station, cut off from anything, would be heavily vandalized. I guess in the late 50s-early 60s, it could just rot.., |

The bridge and the structure upto the station were removed in 1959. The Sedgwick Ave station to River Ave (except for what remains) were taken down in 1962. So this photo was probably taken between 1959-1962. |
