MTA Horologist Uncovers Error in System's Master Clock |

Posted by heypaul on Thu Oct 27 15:39:22 2016 The chief horologist for the MTA has just issued a report claiming that the MTA's master clock has been running 15 minutes fast each day for more than a year. This has resulted in MTA time being almost 89 days ahead of secular time. He has recommended adding 89 days to the calendar between now and December 31st. Doing so will allow MTA time to realign with secular time and also make it more likely that the 2nd Ave subway will open before the end of the year. |
