I did not know that they were in Mandan!It used to be a Donut Hole location, Donut Hole used to be the retail outlet of Baker Boy in Dickinson. Baker Boy is a large commercial "bakery" although they bake almost nothing in an oven. Their products are taken to the point of baking, but then go through a huge industrial freezer and then are packaged in bulk for sale to restaurants and others who advertise "Fresh Baked Goods" all across the country. They also package goods under other firms labels. Baker Boy is a large Rail receiver. Flour, Sugar, powdered milk etc etc all arive by rail. The Flour remains in the rail car and is simply piped through out the plant under air pressure. Want Flour, open vent. ROAR |
