The photo credit is not a name but the initials J.C.H.' Does anyone know who J.C.H. is ? He may be a east or west coast railfan. Thanks in advance. Bill Newkirk

H. Grabel. Most of his photos have a "...copyright by Grabel", stamp on them, but I've seen a few of them without it.
