Skeletonized track in the area of Bergen St. necessitating a slow speed order which means fewer trains can get thru in the rush.When they say "selected" likely when the tower sees congestion on the board, she'll shoot an F up the express. |

I've been on two Coney Island bound trains in the last few months that went express after Jay. Both around 4:30 PM.I got on at Jay, so I don't know if any announcement were made before then. |
