Posted by Stef on Tue Nov 24 22:21:29 2015, in response to Questions about some subway cars, posted by MTA T on Mon Nov 23 20:13:13 2015. 9156-57 should still be at 207; haven't heard anything about scrappings.Let's see if I remember the R33WF Cars that were removed from the property as well as current assignments: 9307, 9308, 9310 - Corona 9309 - Unionport 9311 - 239 9312, 13, 14 - Off the Property 9315 - 207 9316 - 239 9317 and 18 - Off the Property 9319 - 207 9320 - Off the Property 9321 - Reefed 9322, 23, and 25 - Unionport 9324 and 26 - 239 9327 - Seashore 9328 - Off the Property 9329 - 239 9330 and 31 - 207 9332 - 239 9333, 34, 35, 36, 37 - 207 9338 - Off the Property 9339 - Reefed 9340 to 45* - 207 *9345 was spotted in 239th St Garbage Service several weeks ago, coupled with 9311. Am not aware if the transfer of the car was permanent. May be a loaner car as 239 has only a small amount of work motors available. Hopes this helps somewhat, I'll check with a contact and see if I can find anything about the surviving R44, or R32 pair at CIY. -Stef |
