Posted by kp5308 on Sun Aug 2 08:19:33 2015 A regular member in the consist of the railroads Iron Horse Rambles was donated by the RR Museum of PA to the Reading Company Technical & Historical Society over a year ago. Pullman diner #1189 needed quite a bit of work in order to be shipped by rail but the task was completed to NS specs last month & the car was (finally) shipped to the RCT&HS. Pictured on the Reading & Northern at Laureldale PA awaiting movement to the museum at Hamburg. Kudos to all those that put in the hard work necessary to pull this off:
