Posted by chuchubob on Thu May 28 14:59:43 2015 Thursday morning: the dedication ceremony was held on track 1 at Woodcrest, so eastbound trains used the center track. The small door behind the operator's cab on single cars has been removed.  end-car pantograph gates  waiting for the ribbon cutting ceremony   first revenue trip approaching Westmont station: 1096, 1095, 1101, 1102  arrived Westmont station  former single cars (1xx series) are now married pairs: 1101 and 1102  front of non-leading car  operator's cab  The passenger in the front seat saw the camera and chose to be photographed.  arrived Broadway, Camden

The bodies and trucks/motors were retained because the bodies will last forever and the PATCO shop people perform maintenance on the motors.photos from the first delivery on 11 Nov 2013
