Beijing Cracking Down on Mendicants in Subway |

Posted by heypaul on Sat May 23 07:29:45 2015 The BTA is cracking down in mendicancy in the subway. So far, police have only warned mendicants to mendicate somewhere else. Only 1 person was arrested when he mendicated the officer not to arrest him for mendicating in public.Crackdown on Mendication |

I get tired of the same guys working the Septa MFSE. They work one car, , when the train stops at a station, run out (they don't pass between cars),and around to the next car, or at an island platform , across to another train. The guy who really stands out is the one who looks like Jesus, holds a cardboard sign under his nose, PLEASE HELP-HOMELESS-TIRED-BROKE. |

As long as they fill out the application properly they stand a good chance of getting a check. On the other hand, if they are not willing to follow procedure and as a result beg for help, they're out of luck. |
