Service is suspended on SEPTA's Cynwyd Line

Service is suspended on SEPTA's Cynwyd Line, with shuttle buses set up to transport riders in place of some trains.

Trains on the Regional Rail line halted operations around 9:30 a.m. due to downed wires.

Early afternoon, service remained suspended but SEPTA said shuttle buses would operate between the Cynwyd and Overbrook stations in place of trains 1071 and 1072.

At the Overbrook station, passengers an transfer to the Paoli/Thorndale line to continue their trips to and from Center City.

That's correct.

There's a town in NEPA called Pen Argyl; proper pronunciation is with the "hard" G, but the locals here incorrectly say "ar-jill".

That would make sense since the name is Welsh and in all likelihood the C in Welsh is pronounced K like the C in Irish (Gaelic).
