First up we have London, Midland & Scottish Railway 28249, an EMU built in 1925 from a coach:

Next are two more overview shots of the Great Hall:

A beautifully restored North Eastern Railway 0-6-0 Goods Tender locomotive built in 1874 is on display. It was in service until 1923:

Next up is a North British Railway horse-drawn 'Dandy Car'. Port Carlisle is in northwest England:

Southern Railway EMU 8143 was built in 1925:

South Eastern & Chatham Railway Class D 4-4-0 steam locomotive No. 737, built in 1901. It was in operation until 1956:

British Railways D1023 Western Fusilier, a Class 52 diesel-hydraulic locomotive. Built in 1963 and retired in 1977, the class was retired relatively early because its non-standard design added greatly to maintenance costs while the British Rail policy was also moving away from diesel-hydraulics:
