Posted by Larry,RedbirdR33 on Mon Sep 15 13:06:28 2014 Last Boonton Line Train:I need some help with the final date of operation over the Boonton Line trackage through Arlington, Rowe Street and Benson Street. My records show the date as Thursday, September 19, 2002. Should it have been Friday, September 20, 2002? The new interim schedule went into effect on Monday, September 23, 2002. In 2002 the Boonton Line ran weekdays only in in 2002 so Friday would have been the logical day to curtail the service. I would appreciate any information. Thanks Larry, RedbirdR33 |

Between Friday, September 20 and Sunday, September 29, NJ TRANSIT will complete work on the Montclair Connection, allowing for the smooth transition to the new MidTOWN DIRECT service on Monday, September 30. Could mean something to this. |
