There are plenty of people leaving and arriving through the passageway, so the exit to the street at the other end must be open. |

There is nothing wrong here except that the employee should have been near the staircase to the (7) platform instead of there. The passageway stays open even if the (7) isn't running since the 5th Avenue exit is still open. |
