Cuomo won in a landslide. It's The People's Republic Of New York. It's not an AMerican state. My point is, Cuomo can w1n big without the support of the unions and won't be blamed for any strikes. |

For example, look at people like Railman718, Subbus, Zman179, clearaspect, and a few others here. They will never vote against Cuomo no matter how hard he has fucked them over the last few years. These guys may not vote for Cuomo, but they won't vote for the Republican voting against him. Not sure what they'll do but they won't vote Republican. That's for sure. That's how it works. |

There is no way in hell I would vote for Cuomo if TWU 100 doesn't get what I consider to be a good contract.I have full confidence that all others in the MTA family feel the same. |

I have full confidence that all the others in the NYCT family would never vote Republican. So what would they do?How long has it been since NYCT had a contract? No NYCT employee should vote for Cuomo because he made you guys wait this long. But most NYCT will vote for Cuomo because he's a Democrat. |

"...won't be blamed for any strikes."I disagree. If the LIRR workers hit the bricks, ridership & his opposition will spin this into a Cuomo failure, thus the fingerpointing will point to Albany. The unions are in a good position for a change. The last thing Cuomo wants is a LIRR strike. If a strike happens, he loses Long Island. If he loses Long Island, he loses his job. |

He has fucked over NYCT all these years and they'll all vote for him in November or not at all, but under no circumstances for a Republican. |

Don't forget that before the general election there will be a primary and if Cuomo doesn't do right by the unions, he could lose the backing of his own party and then the union members won't have to worry about a Democrat vs Republican. They could have the opportunity to vote for a different Democrat! |
