Yes, that's what I thought, but on second thought there just aren't enough 4 car R160 sets available to completely fill out the C (or the J/Z). They would still have to keep some R32's (or R42's) on the C even if the J/Z became 100% R32. |

Because subchat is encoded in "windows-1252" unicode, which is Western European (Albanian, Basque, Breton, Catalan, Danish, Dutch, English, Faeroese, Finnish, French, German, Greenlandic, Icelandic, Irish Gaelic, Italian, Latin, Luxemburgish, Norwegian, Portuguese, Rhaeto-Romanic, Scottish Gaelic, Spanish, Swedish) character coding as opposed to the more universal UTF-8 encoding. Google's toy expects to see UTF-8 from America. The 1252 coding is also the reason why articles copied and pasted which contain other unicode characters in it tend to come up trashy with garbage characters in it when played back from Larry's database even though the post may look OK after thinking twice and posting anyway. :) |

Actually makes sense since they weren't built for air conditioning in the first place, and there wasn't all that much room at the ends on the bulkheads. So whatever they did manage to put in there couldn't have been too big in the first place. Thanks for the logic. Actually makes sense. |
