As long as the MTA is occasionally going to "Outside Contractors",
how about the possibility of renting some of these Radar Speed indicators found set up near "School Zones" posting "Your speed is" Flashing signs for the T/O's use to reach and hold 10 MPH, to make it through the GAP.

I'm thinking out side of the box, looking for a "work around".

I'm not getting the CCTV part? There has been plenty of GO's where the Shuttle runs to Mott with no monitors and everything was fine. Why the change now?

Yep, they aim the radar gun at you as you are entering the station, and they tell you how fast you were going and ask you for your pass # when you stop.

There has been at least one instance where a t/o was immediately taken out of service and a TSS conducting the radar check took over the operation of the train.
