36 Street / 4 Avenue staircase fixed, photos

The staircase risers at 36th ST #R station were found to be outside of design allowances





Although only one stair outside design guidelines, Station Environment had to redo entire staircase





Work by Station Environment Maintainers took just over 36 hours start to finish.





Staircase was totally redone top to bottom and reopended to public yesterday (June 30th)

Probly did but over the years it lifted. or just one of those 'old time" things.

Now, if we could only get the MTA to fix the new South Ferry and old Chambers Street stations that fast!
