I was gonna guess parts of the SAS built in the 70s, as the concrete looked kinda clean. But I guess South 4th is also possible, as theres never been any steel dust ciculated there. And if someone else has seen credible articles about these murals at S 4th, well, that settles it then, I suppose. |
