Maybe this will underscore reasoning to which someone should be posted there 24/7 and enhance the requirement for making patrols. Again, if accessing equipment and property is that easy for a unsophisticated tagger with no real intent other than getting his/her tag seen, imagine how easy for someone, a fool who thinks he/she has a cause, looking to cause death and destruction, to get access!! |

Hmmmmm, since more than likely this was done after hours in the veil of darkness, with M trains running on 20+ minute headways, not a whole lot will be seen by a T/O, especially when his/her attentions are to be straight ahead, and on the immediate right of way. |
