If you take the 2nd train you will have a long connection to a San Joaquin from which you can connect to BART. I think they were bought in two batches.Before service cutbacks, there was a two-car late morning train that arrived in San Jose around 11:30 and headed back to the Central Valley about an hour or so later. |

Metrolink #625 is one of the original cab cars the service started with back in 1992. The lack of a fireman side window is indicative of the older Bombardier bilevel cars. Altamont Commuter Express #3304 is apparently identical to the Bombardier bilevels delivered to Metrolink (and pretty much everyone else starting a commuter rail line) after 1997 with the fireman side window. |

I haven't had Pho at this place although it is a personal favorite. Usually, in the Stockton case there are 4-8 at the table so many different dishes are shared. It is a pleasant way to relax between the afternoon and evening Winterail shows. BTW, for RR pictures, Wi9nterail sets a very high standard; I recommend coming out next year. winterail.com |
