Schedules for GOs Overnight

In MTA (NYC), is there predictability to overnight schedules when a GO is in effect, and when the customer would most be interested in the schedule? For example, if the termini of a line are unaffected by a GO would the train just leave the terminus at the usual time and arrive early / late to the other end? Or is the entire schedule manipulated to the point that the customer is pretty much in the dark?

*bump* I too am interested in this... now that smartphones make it easy to see when trains are *supposed* to be at a station it would be nice to be able to predict based on what disruptions are going on how it would be affected.

It depends on the line. But oftentimes, the schedule is off by a few minutes here and there.

In the A Division, the supplemental schedule is uploaded into ATS, and the new schedule is represented on the countdown clocks.

But not all stations have those.

Based on my experiences, trains usually leave a station when they're normally scheduled to do so during a GO if it involves a truncation or a line split. If there's an express segment, the schedule remains normal from the terminal to the beginning of the express segment.
