TRIVIA: What subway stations have no bus service? |

Posted by Kriston Lewis on Sat Feb 18 12:43:09 2012 On the Late Night Subway Map, there's a blurb that states that 400 of 468 subway stops are served by at least one bus line directly or within a block or two.What are those 68 stops that are without bus service? |

Having done so, here's a list I came up with.Bronx East 143rd Street (6) Morris Park (5) Mount Eden Avenue (4) Brooklyn Van Siclen Avenue (3) Junius Street (3) Livonia Avenue (L) East 105th Street (L) Beverley Road (Q) Avenue H (Q) Fort Hamilton Parkway (F)(G) Fort Hamilton Parkway (D) 20th Avenue (N) 71st Street (D) 79th Street (D) Avenue P (F) Neck Road (Q) Bay 50th Street (D) 45th Street (R) Eastern Parkway-Museum (2)(3) Franklin Avenue (2)(3)(4)(5) Botanic Garden (S) York Street (F) Clark Street (2)(3) Van Siclen Avenue (C) Shepherd Avenue (C) Manhattan Dyckman Street (1) Queens 65th Street (M)(R) 88th Street-Boyd Avenue (A) 90th Street-Elmhurst Avenue (7) Beach 25th Street-Wavecrest (A) That's only 28 stations. Perhaps the other 40 are stations that are not served by buses overnight. |

There's a bus on Crescent St, but not Fulton, so no bus at Norwood, Cleveland or Van Siclen. Pennsylvania Ave bus lines feed Alabama Ave. There's also no buses available at Junius and Pennsylvania Aves on the #3. |

The B42 stops inside the Rockaway Parkway (L) station. On its own path, yes, but within the station's fare control, and therefore, inside the station. |

Franklin Ave 2/3/4/5 is a block away from the southbound B49. |

Bay Ridge Avenue on the (R) has the B9, B64, B70 right upstairs, but not late at night / early in the morning. When I get home from work, it's either camp out at the diner until 4:45am or hike the 12 blocks home. |
