The stupid project that Christie properly cancelled was not an Amtrak project. It was a NJ Transit project that would not have benefitted Amtrak. If it had been completed, Amtrak still would have had to build two additional tunnels. |

I don't know which neighborhood it is, but I take the 11 or 36 trolley just past USP (formerly PCP&S: University of Sciences in Philadelphia; Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science) to 47th Street (or 48th or Grays Ferry) and walk three blocks (south)east onto the bridge. |
