He shot an unarmed man in the back of the head while he was lying face down and handcuffed.And he confessed that he intended to shoot Grant, albeit with a different gun. That's murder. It might not be first degree murder, but it's murder nonetheless. When you intentionally shoot someone with a weapon, resulting in their death, that's not manslaughter. |
