Besides a certifiable trespasser, your now a expert on 35 year old Amtrak Locomotives ???The AEM-7 and AEM-7AC need replacement the AEM-7's will live on as cabbage cars on NEC as per Amtrak planning. Putting all new components in a stainless steel box still leaves you with a 35 year old locomotive costing a lot of million dollars. |
