It's a shame that someone with a high paying secure job can't take a little more pride in customer service. I mean if they were working for Wal*Train making $8 an hour I'd expect that sort of service, but last I checked even SEPTA paid a good living wage with substantial benefits and you don't need a 4-year degree to get hired. |
