Saying that you based in on their max's comments only makes it look worse for you since pax are often TOTALLY clueless. I said the proper info was up on the website and it was. It's not LIRR's fault that these pax you heard talking did not think to look at the #1 best place for up to the minute info on the event. The LIRR make excellent communication available and should be commenced.As far as other things she's done, you have not mentioned any of them by name. |
