No, I am not in management, but I do work around them and see how things work Thank you. But, as I said I see where I was being too idealistic and I see now maybe I was too hopeful to expect it in 3 hours. I agree 100% I am so glad you do too!!! but they really did not have good communications in the first couple of days I disagree 100%! From the day of the incident, they had info up on the website detailing how much service would run. The info that first afternoon was not as detailed as the following days, but it was more than enough to let you know which terminal trains on your branch would be leaving from and that connections would not be held at Jamaica. I think the communication was AT LEAST minimally competent and maybe almost "excellent". But, I still stand by my opinion that Ms. Williams should be relieved of her job and a proper replacement be put into place but that is my opinion not a fact. I still wholeheartedly disagree. You haven't shown a single thing that she or the LIRR did egregiously wrong. So far the only thing you still disagree with me about is the communication. So you're saying it was so bad that she should be kicked out? I think it was so good that she should be commended! |
