I just showed you that you would have needed 6000 buses to transport 300,000 people. That is simply the math: one seat per ass.

Now suppose they did use them to flex around the affected tower, from Jamaica to Queens or Valley. If each bus made 3 runs per hour, and we ran them over a period of two hours, you would still need 1000 buses.

But there would be no trains to meet them at Queens or Valley, since all of the equipment would still be in Manhattan, LIC or Brooklyn.

Yes, Yes, there would be a few trains east of HALL, but the logistics still do not work out. Trains could arrive at Jamaica every three minutes. But can you get that many people into the buses before the station sinks into the mud under the weight of the people? Having 3000 people a minute walking down those steps and looking for buses.

Dewd, sometimes bustitute is NOT an option. Period.
