Well, there is still this one BMT station that has those IND/BOT-style name tiles, and it was just underneath only one mosaic tablet there when a connecting transfer ramp was opened in 1937 for the "GG": Lorimer Street on the Canarsie-bound platform along the "L" line. The station was renovated some years ago, but the tiles were still retained.
