You're wrong too, by the way.He is wrong because this doesn't necessarily mean a delay and this has nothing to do with changing over to light rail. In fact that would be a completely stupid thing to do. It's something that someone who knows nothing about mass transit might say. Which is funny because he's a subway conductor. But it seems he spends most of his time thinking about who or what he's going to f*ck next. So that explains a lot. As for the last thing...huh? |
