Consider though, that while taking precautions with all equipment is meet and proper, we ALSO don't want the mindset developing (any more than it already is) that EVERY railfan is like Darius...As for tats, piercings and Hep C, since the city's budget problems grew worse, there are fewer inspections of tat/piercing shops happening. I've looked inside some of the tat shops in the Village, and they run the gamut from spotless to hideous! Generally speaking, though, your comments on EMS procedure are spot-on. Every patient has a communicable disease until proven otherwise, and you can never get too lax. That's when Mr. Murphy bites HARD... |
