For the record, Fred, I don't believe that anywhere in the rules of conduct does it specify what crime a person would be charged with should they violate any of said codes of conduct.The rules of conduct for example do not specify what criminal statute you'd be charged with should you violate any subsection of 1050.4 but you know that you will be charged and summonsed, at the very least, for fare evasion. |
