Well, let's see you come up with something like that, and place it on any sign, pillar, or any part of TA property without permission, and have an official or an NYPD Transit Division officer spot you, and see how it will be handled and regarded!! Section 1050.5, Subsection C seemed pretty clear, and this sign, which I am quite sure was put up WITHOUT permission, definitely entails (quoted from the subsection) "tampering with any facility, conveyance, sign, advertisement, notice or other property of the Authority" and "posting, distributing or displaying any sign, poster, notice, advertisement or other printed or written matter in or on any facility or conveyance without the permission of the Authority".Again, try same yourself, and see how it gets handled if observed by a official of the TA or the NYPD!! |
