They did the same thing to me when I was in Dallas. I think that it's actually the police that tell you to stop. They have a substation inside the station where they monitor this station and likely many other stations using video cameras.Even worse back at home in LA where we don't even have a photo ban and never have, I was once singled out by description over the PA system to stop taking pictures! At first they said something ambiguous like "That behavior is prohibited on Metro Rail." I had no idea if they meant me or what so I kept taking pictures and then they said something like "You in the blue shirt. Stop taking pictures!" |
