In the city, the 15 should be a best bet, but SEPTA has a horrendous tendecy to put buses on the line on a frequent basis thanks to the "Shop Queen" reputation of the PCC2's.Interesting that people keep on answering that question with the 15 when outside of the Philadelphia Zoo area the scenery along the route is nothing special. |
